As an Experience Designer, Instructional Designer and Facilitator, it means working with my incredible clients to build (and lead!) fun, energizing and meaningful experiences, from half-day to three day bootcamps, retreats, company meetings and more.

And while I love being on the ground and in-person with clients, as our world continues to evolve during the pandemic, virtual training is a great option! I lead virtual workshops for clients in places as close to home as San Francisco and as far flung as Australia and New Zealand. We won't let the pandemic get in the way of a truly great learning experience for your team.

As an Executive Coach, I listen, ask big questions, and act as a sounding board to help people get to their best.
